Potato Salad: red and yellow potatoes, asparagus, 0% fat greek yogurt, mayonnaise, pesto (basil, walnuts, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt)
Serving of 1/2 a cup of potato salad + 1 leg and 1 thigh of chicken.
