Maple Kale Salmon Salad with Crispy Wild Rice

Back for another week after a brief hiatus - the stunner of this salad is the dressing. A maple tamarind dressing that doubles as the marinade for the salmon. Roasted sweet potatoes, kale, grape tomatoes, onions and crispy wild rice that has a very similar texture to popcorn

Smoky Incan Stew

If you’re thinking, I need some more fiber after a holiday weekend, this is the meal for you. Tri-colored quinoa, sweet potatoes, corn, and black beans, bell peppers and onions in a smoky chipotle broth. Topped with cilantro. Singles will come with a yogurt parfait and portions for 2-3 will come with a Southwest Salad

Japanese Beef Curry (NEW)

If you like my curry Shepard’s pie, you are going to love this dish. Basmati rice, ground beef, carrot, potatoes and peas in a Japanese curry (called S&B Golden Curry) that is maybe a 2/10 on the spicy scale but ultra flavorful. Singles will come with a yogurt parfait and portions for 2-3 will come with the Dash House Salad

French Onion Meatballs with Lentil Farro Bake (NEW)

A gruyere thyme meatball that is a a mix of ground meats - ground turkey, ground pork and ground beef. Comes with a lentil farro French onion bake, topped with gruyere cheese and served with maple roasted carrots. Portion for 2 or 4.

Creamy Mushroom Stuffed Shells

The easiest take and bake meal - Jumbo shells stuffed with ricotta, thyme and provolone mozzarella cheese blend smothered in a creamy white wine and roasted mushroom sauce. Portions for 2 or 4 come with the Dash House Salad.
