Green Spring Salad with Shrimp
Back for a second week! All things green - two kinds of peas, roasted asparagus, kale, edamame, romaine lettuce and fully cooked shrimp and feta cheese in a lemon vinaigrette.
Creamy Mustard Chicken with Gnocchi
Boneless skinless chicken with double the veggies from both cauliflower and brussel sprouts. Singles will come with a yogurt parfait and portions for 2-3 will come with Dash House Salad
Sun-dried Tomato Basil Meatballs
Tender turkey meatballs with sun-dried tomatoes and basil baked right in. In a creamy sauce with lots of spinach, garlic and more sun-dried tomatoes and basil. Comes with creamy lemon parmesan risotto. Portions for 2 or 4.

If you need dinner on the table in 10 minutes this is the take and bake meal for you! Marinated salmon (from Wild for Salmon) ready to be broiled or air fried at home. Comes with an avocado cucumber salad and a mix of grains - quinoa, basmati rice, and French lentils plus chipotle drizzle. Portions for 2 or 4.
