Greek Chopped Chicken Salad

A meal of a salad - roasted chicken, lots of veggies, crunchy romaine lettuce, herbs, ciabatta croutons and a tahini dressing.

Local Corn Volute with Crab and Quinoa Relish

A fan favorite! This year I’m doing double the quarts of previous years. A rich corn soup with a topping of crab, bell peppers, herbs, corn and quinoa.

Marinated proteins and assembled casseroles/bakes with fully prepared sides and sauces.  No prep and minimal clean up.


Chicken Corn and Poblano Enchiladas

They’re back for a second time this summer and I have DOUBLE the pans loaded in the store for you this week. Dash made green sauce with tomatillos, poblanos, onions, cilantro, garlic smothering corn tortillas stuffed with chicken, cheese and veggies. If you haven’t tried them before, they sold out in 8 minutes the last time they were on the menu…. Comes with sour cream and Southwest Salads.

Sauce A la Norma

If you like eggplant parmesan, this is the sauce for your. Roasted local eggplants in a rich tomato garlic sauce. Serve over pasta or bake into a lasagna with ricotta and mozzarella.

Peach Crisp Overnight Oats

Roasted peaches, maple brown sugar oat topping, and Dash’s signature blend (rolled oats, quick oats, chia seeds) with vanilla greek yogurt, and almond milk.

Tropical Smoothie Bowl

Pineapple, mango, cucumber, spinach smoothie with coconut protein granola and fresh berries. Toppings packaged separately to keep the textures intact.

Pizza Brunch Biscuits

A blend of almond flour, eggs, Dash made pizza sauce, mozzarella provolone cheese blend, and pepperoni.

Take and bake fruit cobblers with local fruit sourced from the Danville Grower’s Market. Topped with a cornmeal cookie crust and ready to bake in about 25 minutes at home. I like to serve them a la mode :)
