One of my all time favorites. Ripe cantalope, creamy cottage cheese, goat cheese, arugula and herbs with a lemon vinaigrette.

Jamaican Jerk Meatballs

Delicious turkey meatballs with a thyme and garlic heavy Dash-made Jerk seasoning with a little cayenne pepper to put it on the 2-3/10 on the spicy scale, then topped with a pineapple glaze. Portions for 2 or 4 come with Island Black Beans and Basmati Rice and blistered baby peppers

Spinach Artichoke Chicken Sandwiches

This super family friendly meal will be on the table in 5 minutes! Pulled chicken in a creamy spinach artichoke style sauce. Comes with buns and the Dash House Salad. Portions for 2 or 4.

Ice Tea Brined Pork Chops with Pepper Relish

Hear me out - tannin (found in a tea) is a natural tenderizer. Brine (a very salty mixture, not only seasons the meat but starts to break down muscle fibers) and together these make the juiciest grilled pork chop you have ever had! Comes with a fully prepared zesty bell pepper relish and Watermelon Feta Salad. Portions for 2 or 4.

Watermelon Feta Salad

A staple summer side at our house! Sweet from the watermelon, crunchy from the cucumbers, savory from the onion, herby from fresh mint, salty from feta cheese and Kalamata olives and tangy from fresh lime juice and zest. Pairs well with grilled pork chops or chicken.
