Kale Cesar Salad with Roasted Sweet Potatoes & Chickpeas
Back for a second week. Smoky paprika seasoned sweet potato rounds and chickpeas with two kinds of kale, brussel sprouts, avocado and a tahini Cesar dressing. A top selling Dash Salad since 2022!
Local Corn Volute with Crab Relish
A fan favorite - local corn cut off the cob in a creamy soup with lots of herbs, onions and garlic. Top with a crab relish (packaged separately so the crab doesn’t overcook) with blue crab, quinoa, bell pepper, and local corn.
Grown Up’s Hamburger Helper
IYKYK, and if you don’t know, you should definitely find out. This meal tastes nothing like what you got in a box growing up. Caramelized onions, bright white wine, lean beef, elbow noodles, multiple kinds of cheeses, it has its own fan base. Singles will come with a mojito fruit cup and portions for 2-3 and 4+ will come with the Dash House Salad.
Sweet and Sticky Korean Meatballs (NEW)

Beef Bolognese
Lean ground beef, red wine and lots of “hidden” (shredded) veggies - onion, carrot, zucchini & eggplant. Local tomatoes and just a little nutmeg will give this a warm hmmmm… what is that? flavor to the sauce. Freezes well for up to 3 months and is the ultimate pairing for cheese tortellini or ravioli IMO.
