Grain: Lentils, Quinoa and Basmati rice cooked in Dash Made Vegetable stock, salt and Za’tar (za’tar is a mix of thyme, toasted sesame seeds and sumac)
Salad: avocado, cucumber, cilantro, feta cheese, cumin, extra virgin olive oil, lime juice, lemon juice, salt and pepper
Drizzle: 0% fat Greek yogurt, chopped chipotle in adobe, honey
