Marinade: coconut milk, cilantro, ginger, curry powder, fish sauce

Peanut Noodle Salad: Ramen style noodles, peanut butter, bell pepper, carrots, cucumber, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sriracha, cilantro, chopped peanutsed sesame oil, ginger, garlic.

Chicken Thighs - it is difficult to estimate the exact amount of marinade each thigh will absorb, but this seems like a reasonable representation. Suspect the sodium is lower, but fish sauce is a very salty ingredient.
