Sauce: fat free half and half, corn starch, dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, tarragon, parsley, salt, pepper
Veggies: roasted broccoli and asparagus, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper
4 oz cooked pork, 2 Tbsp of mustard sauce + 1 cup mixed vegetables
