Take and Bake Meal - a 9x13 pan of 10 chicken enchiladas with slightly spicy poblano peppers, local corn, and cheese wrapped in corn tortillas, smothered in Dash-made green tomatillo sauce and topped with cheese. Sour cream on the side. Leftovers reheat beautifully for lunches.

Comes with a salad with creamy chipotle yogurt ranch, cucumber, tomato, red onion.
