Salmon: Keta Salmon from Wild for Salmon, white miso paste, honey, ginger, garlic, grapefruit zest, grapefruit juice
Rice: Sushi rice, toasted sesame oil, sesame seeds, salt
Salad: cucumber, edamame, radish, scallion, avocado, lime juice, salt
Kimchi mayo: kimchi, mayonaise
Serving is 4 oz cooked salmon with seasoning, 1/2 cup coconut rice, 1/4 cup of mango salsa and 1/2 cup peppers and onion mix.
