Salmon: Keta Salmon from Wild for Salmon, olive oil, smoky paprika chili powder, thyme, onion powder, salt, garlic, butter.
Rice: Basmati rice, reduced fat coconut milk, salt
Veggies: Bell peppers and Onions roasted in extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper
Salsa: fresh mango, seedless cucumbers, avocado, lime juice, cilantro, jalapeño
Serving is 4 oz cooked salmon with seasoning, 1/2 cup coconut rice, 1/4 cup of mango salsa and 1/2 cup peppers and onion mix.
