Ingredients

Chicken leg/thigh quarters marinated in chili powder, cumin, dijon mustard, garlic, soy sauce, salt

Green sauce: cilantro, jalapeños with the ribs and seeds removed, garlic, feta cheese, fresh basil, fresh oregano, dijon mustard, chili garlic paste, honey, cumin, extra virgin olive oil

Potatoes: Yukon gold, red potatoes and sweet potatoes roasted with olive oil, salt and pepper

Asparagus: trimmed and halved, roasted with olive oil, salt and pepper

Serving Size is 1/4 of a whole chicken, mix of white and dark meat, 1 cup of the potato/asparagus mixture and 3 Tbsp of the Peruvian green sauce.
